There are signs of a Russian troop movement in the republic of Georgia, where a Russian attack sparked international protest. In the village of Igoleti, about 20 miles from the capital of Tbilisi, Russian soldiers suddenly packed up their gear and moved out with their tanks, and Georgian forces are moving in.
Russia has promised that the troop pullback would be completed today. Meanwhile, the U.S. is promising to maintain the flow of humanitarian assistance to Georgia.
