What Should Be the Fate of Staff Sgt. Robert Bales? (Video)

The U.S. Army has confirmed reports that the American soldier accused of massacring 16 Afghan civilians is Staff Sgt. Robert Bales. Bales, 38, is now in an isolated prison cell at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas, where he is expected to have his first in-person meeting today with attorney John Henry Browne, according to the Associated Press.

Browne is not a military lawyer, but is a well-known criminal defense attorney, having defended serial killer Ted Bundy and others.
