  • Learn from the best in the business and join Ranch 45 on Tuesday July 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for a butchery class with Bob the Butcher from Brandt Beef. Guests will learn the cooking process, timing, temperatures, seasonings and sauces while Bob breaks down a hind quarter. In true Ranch 45 style, there will also be plenty of time for enjoying the meat as well. For this class only, guests will have the opportunity to purchase steaks priced slightly above wholesale prices and cut to individual specifications. The class will cost $95 and include: class and recipes, tastes, non-alcoholic beverages, tax and service charge.
