  • Join us for a light-filled healing night on your yoga mat! Divine Light healing works deep in the aura to initiate physical, mental, and emotional transformation and spiritual upliftment in every area of life. It increases self-reliance and self-confidence, helps release past traumas and negative habits, accelerates the development of talents and abilities, and increases harmony in relationships. The theme for this healing night is The Art of Self-Compassion. One definition of compassion is the ability to see the Divine in everyone we meet. Yet, to recognize the Divine in others, we must first discover it within ourselves. True self-compassion is the opposite of selfishness — as we deepen self-compassion, our compassion for others also naturally grows. What are the obstacles to self-compassion in yourself? In what ways are you challenged to care for yourself at a spiritual level? We'll start this healing night with a short discussion on self-compassion, then work with Divine Light to deepen the self-compassion already present within you.
