TrueCare, a nonprofit community health center serving North San Diego and South Riverside counties, is excited to announce its annual  “ILLUMINATION” gala, taking place on April 12, 2025, at 5 p.m. at the beautiful Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA.
