Today is the Whispering Angel Celebrity Pickleball Tournament, hosted by NFL legend Drew Brees and chef and Food Network personality Catherine McCord. The event is returning as part of the Del Mar Wine & Food Festival to bring together celebrities, athletes, chefs, and hunger-relief supporters for an afternoon of pickleball for a good cause. Ticket sales directly benefit Feeding San Diego, a Feeding America partner food bank whose mission is to provide nutritious meals to anyone in need while maximizing food rescue. Every $1 donated helps provide two meals to San Diegans facing hunger.
