Fabiola Bagula named San Diego Unified School District’s interim superintendent

The San Diego Unified School District Board named Fabiola Bagula as interim superintendent Tuesday night. KPBS reporter Katie Anastas says she’s the first Latina to hold the district’s top leadership position.
