Supreme Court Reviews Federal Regulation on Global Warming

Tom Fudge : The State of California is party to a lawsuit against the EPA, seeking to force the agency to regulate carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. The case is a move to force the hand of the Bush administration, which has been slow to respond to concerns about global warming. We’ll talk with legal analyst Dan Eaton about the case and what’s in it for California.
