Tom Fudge: Is it over yet? I’m referring to the first hundred hours of the new Congress. The Democratic leadership created this whole agenda for new legislation that would supposedly be passed in the first hundred hours. Turns out they were talking about their first one hundred “working hours,” which is a bit different from what I had in mind.
