What would Jesus Do? A convicted child molester has served his time and says he's changed. He wants to join a church and have support of Christian fellowship. A Carlsbad pastor initially welcomed him

The members of a progressive church in Carlsbad are wrestling with a moral dilemma. Should a convicted child molester who has served his time be allowed to worship at their church? The moral question is clear. Should people of faith put limits on forgiveness when the safety of children is at stake? And what about the pain and anxiety awakened in church members who were victimized as children? These are some of the questions engaging the members of Pilgrim United Church of Christ.
