Each interviewee offers pearls of wisdom about achieving and sustaining a happy life, regardless of age.

They discuss the benefits of keeping physically active; maintaining a positive attitude; embracing maturity; staying curious about the future but engaged in the present; making a difference in the lives of others; and, ultimately, learning to gracefully accept death as an inevitable part of life.

"Over 90 And Loving It" will inspire people across the age spectrum. We all need heroes and heroines to emulate and this film will reach the hearts and minds of all of us who want to have a full life.

This program originally aired in 2011.
