Each half-hour episode of "Everyday Food" offers quick, easy and practical solutions to the challenges of everyday cooking and includes easy-to-make recipes along with smart tips and kitchen techniques. The cast consists of home-grown talents from the kitchens of Martha Stewart Living.

In this episode, "Everyday Food" creates four amazing dishes with chicken, the country's most popular meat. First, Sarah makes roast chicken with lemon and fennel. She then prepares braised chicken with a sweet and earthy date sauce that's a perfect meal for cool weather. Lucinda lightly fries chicken cutlets until they're slightly crispy, then tops them with a simple herb butter and white wine sauce. John assembles lemony chicken breasts with peppery watercress and radishes, a healthy dish that tastes great.
