In each episode, Andreas makes tantalizing dishes in stunning outdoor locations using locally sourced vegetables, grains, fish and wild game. This season, Andreas also makes special trips to Scotland and Japan, where chefs use Norway's chief export — fish — in unexpected ways ways.
"Rich Farmland" - In this episode, Andreas visits the county of Hedmark in Eastern Norway, a region known for big farms and abundance of produce.
