Review: ‘Wreck It Ralph’
The Story Of A Regular Guy Just Looking For A Little Wreck-ognition
Friday, November 2, 2012
The creators of "Wreck-It Ralph" have done the impossible... along with the fun and predictable. The arcade game-based movie opens everywhere November 2nd.

The impossible: Sarah Silverman is cute! At least her voice is. The raspy tone that normally spouts crass, uninspired jokes (see below) is put into an adorable candy-covered arcade game avatar, our co-protagonist. And she's surprisingly perfect for the role.
The fun and predictable: "Wreck-It Ralph," is a colorful Toy Story-esque kids' flick, featuring characters we all know and love, who come to life with ambitions of their own after arcade hours.
(Rated PG for some rude humor and mild action/violence)
John C. Reilly (Wreck-It Ralph)
Jack McBrayer (Fix-It Felix)
Sarah Silverman (Vanellope von Schweetz)
Jane Lynch (Sergeant Calhoun)
Walt Disney Animation
Toy Story(ies) (1995, 1999, 2010)
Step Brothers (2008), my favorite John C. Reilly film, which is nothing like "Ralph."
The aforementioned Sarah Silverman stand-up. (Warning: crude language)
