Change Of Command At Sea For USS Mobile Bay

Capt. Timothy Kott relieved Capt. Thomas Halvorson today as commanding officer of the San Diego-based USS Mobile Bay during an at-sea change of command ceremony.

The Mobile Bay is currently deployed with the Stennis Carrier Strike Group.
