Host Tom Fudge speaks with Doug Manchester, a successful and controversial developer, about his proposed redevelopment of the Broadway Navy Complex in downtown San Diego.

Doug Manchester is one of San Diego's most successful and most controversial developers. He's now working in partnership with the Navy to redevelop the Broadway Navy Complex, a very valuable property in downtown San Diego. Host Tom Fudge speaks with him about his proposed redevelopment, which has criticized as overbuilt and unworthy of the beautiful bay-front property.
