State of the State Analysis

Last night, Governor Schwarzenneger delivered his fourth State of the State address and the first major speech of his first full term in office. His vision ranged from implementing universal health coverage to leading the national fight against global warming. He credited legislative leaders on both sides of the aisle with great ideas that contributed to a shared vision. And certainly, he’ll need bipartisan support to move his ideas along. Tonight's guests examine how the governor’s speech is playing out politically.
