Tom Fudge: Anyone who has planned a wedding, or has been part of one, knows how important manners and ceremony are to it. There are many pitfalls to be sure. Feelings run high at weddings. There is usually alcohol involved. Family members don't always get along. And, of course, someone has to pay for all of it.
When it comes to weddings, it's good to be sure you know the rules, that they're reasonably applied, and people know what to expect.
