It's that time of year again when mortar boards are in fashion. Graduation ceremonies for San Diego State University students begin today, and a new generation of freshly minted job seekers hit the streets. Their job is easier this year than some years. Unemployment in San Diego is at four percent -- there should be lots of work out there. But are the jobs the kind that you can survive on in San Diego?
