The Dean of USD's New School of Peace Studies Explains How to End Conflicts
Tom Fudge: When McDonald's restaurant heiress Joan Kroc died, she left tens of millions of dollars to the University of San Diego to create a School of Peace Studies . It's taken some time for the school to take shape, but that time has passed. And Wednesday, Oct. 17, film actor Martin Sheen, among others, will be at USD to celebrate the inauguration of the new school.
