Tom Fudge: Californians are looking forward to voting in our state's presidential primary in a couple of months. And state officials and political party officials in Sacramento are spending a fair amount of time talking about the future of voting in our state. The questions revolve around who we vote for, how long the people we vote for can serve and how our votes will be counted.
