Beach-Goers Discuss the Pros & Cons of Beach Alcohol Ban
Tom Fudge : San Diego is more than six months into an interesting civic experiment. It was the beginning of this year that the city banned the consumption of alcohol on the beach.

But last year, local patience with drunkenness on the beach seemed to be running short. And the city council agreed to ban beach alcohol as a one-year experiment.
