SAN DIEGO (AP) -- A San Diego man convicted of using underage teenage girls as prostitutes has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.

City News Service says Carlos Alberto Garcia was sentenced Monday in federal court. He pleaded guilty last year to child sex trafficking.
