The Department of Motor Vehicles office in Oceanside resumed full service Wednesday, more than a week after operations around the state were disrupted by computer problems.
The Oceanside office was one of the last two to return to normalcy following the Oct. 24 outage. The Costa Mesa location, in Orange County, was also back in full service.
DMV staffers were able to assist customers with paperwork and answer questions but couldn't process driver license and vehicle registration transactions until the computers were fully restored.
