Presented annually by the Film Consortium San Diego, the ceremony recognizes the excellence of the film professionals in the San Diego film industry.
Presented by KPBS, the sixth annual San Diego Film Awards took place on April 20, 2019 at the beautiful Parq Nightclub in downtown San Diego.
This year, it was the culminating event of the third annual San Diego Film Week and recognized excellence in over 27 categories: acting, writing, directing, editing and more.
Appearances were made by celebrity presenters, dignitaries and previous winners of the San Diego Film Awards.
Best Feature Documentary was awarded to "Scramble The Seawolves" by Jeff Arballo. The film is available to stream on demand.
