Skateboarding originated as a wild activity for Southern California’s youth, and San Diego has since been the hub for its industry and top professionals. For decades they revolutionized the equipment, pioneered the terrain being ridden, and ultimately reversed the sport’s perception. Hosted by skateboarding icon Tony Hawk, "Skate SD" tells the powerful stories of this passionate community who built skateboarding’s radical future.
