Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus are real life father and daughter playing on screen ones in Hannah Montana: The Movie (Disney)

I never really was a big fan of the popular TV show Hannah Montana. It was always just something I watched when I was bored. So I never would have put Hannah Montana: The Movie (opening April 10 throughout San Diego) at the top of my list for spring break 2009 movies. This movie tells the story of a pop princess, Hannah Montana (played by Miley Cyrus), trying to live and deal with her normal life and double life as Miley Stewart. When her father, Billy Ray Stewart (played by her real life father Billy Ray Cyrus), sees her struggles and notices that she chooses Hannah Montana over her friends, family, and responisibilities, he decides to take her back to her roots and out of all the glamour of being Hannah Montana.
My best friend, Shelby, and I were discussing how Miley Cyrus as both Miley Stewart and Hannah Montana played the perfect teenager, and how she did goofy things that Shelby and I do or would do. I can't really relate this movie to my life though, because I am not a pop princess. But & I can tell you it has parts that anyone could easily relate to. The music in HM was amazing, and it featured Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, and Miley Cyrus herself.
Hannah Montana: The Movie (rated G) is the perfect spring break movie for parents to take their children to or boyfriends to take their girlfirends to.
