One of the most wanted drug gang leaders in Tijuana has been captured.
Both U.S. and Mexican federal authorities say Teodoro Garcia Simental, also known as 'El Teo', has been arrested in La Paz, Baja California.
'El Teo' is allegedly one of the most violent and dangerous drug gang leaders in Tijuana.
He is allegedly responsible for helping to initiate the violence that has gripped Tijuana since September 2008.
