Can Arizona's employer sanction laws be exported to other states?

Arizona was the nation's guinea pig in testing out E-verify, an electronic system that is supposed to determine if newly hires are eligible to work in this country.

Five years later, we look at the impact E-verify had in Arizona, and explore what it would look like if the program was mandated nationally as part of an immigration overhaul.
