The speed and thoroughness of the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan has been shocking. Scenes of chaos have continued all week, as desperate Americans, foreign aid workers and Afghans themselves have scrambled to get out of the country. Booster Shots Coming Soon
Coronavirus cases in San Diego County continue to rise, as the state announces new regulations for large indoor events. Though the majority of cases associated with this latest surge remain to be from the unvaccinated, plans for COVID-19 booster shots are in the works.
