U.S. Blocks Rebuke of Israel for U.N. Workers' Deaths

The United States vetoes a U.N. resolution, offered by Syria, that would have condemned Israel for the recent deaths of three U.N. workers in the West Bank and Gaza. Twelve countries had approved the resolution. NPR News reports.
