Iraqi Insurgents Target Karbala, Mosul

Iraqi insurgents hit various targets in the southern city of Karbala. Four Bulgarian soldiers serving with the international force in Iraq are dead, and there are reports of more deaths and injuries among Iraqi police. Meanwhile, U.S. forces in the north exchange fire with insurgents in Mosul. Hear NPR's Scott Simon and NPR's Julie McCarthy.
