Marines returning from Iraq attended a "warrior debriefing" at Camp Pendleton in San Diego. It's designed to help smooth the transition from a war zone to the Marines' regular lives back at home. Vietnam War veterans warn the troops not to let Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome symptoms go untreated.
