Breast-Milk Aid Campaign Sparks Controversy

Last year, Oprah Winfrey profiled a young mother from Minnesota who was leading an effort to send breast milk from mothers in America to AIDS orphans in Africa. But this feel-good story has become increasingly complicated and controversial. Carol Lloyd, who wrote about the story for the online magazine Salon, talks with Alex Cohen.
