Cell Phones a New Vehicle for Violence in Iraq

Cell phones are now the only mode of communication for many Iraqis, but the technology comes with a downside. Insurgents and criminal gangs are using the cell phones to send threats, and with video-enabled phones becoming more prevalent, the threats coud get devastatingly worse.
