Boeing's Dreamliner Hits Delays

It's an embarrassing setback for Boeing: a six-month delay on the first new American commercial jetliner built in more than a decade. It was the fastest-selling commercial aircraft in history, with more than 700 orders. And many airlines are relying on the Dreamliner to expand their fleets. Now the new jet won't be delivered for another year. That's sweet vindication for Boeing's European rival, Airbus. That company still hasn't recovered from its own two-year delay in producing the super-jumbo A380 jetliner. And when that highly anticipated aircraft was delayed, Airbus lost many of its orders to Boeing.
