As part of his first visit to Europe as president, President Barack Obama will visit France and Germany, which disagree with the U.S. approach to the global economic crisis.
Journalist Dominique Moisi, a visiting professor at Harvard University, says France, which has been badly affected by the downturn, blames Anglo-Saxon capitalism for the global economic crisis.
Moisi also says though Germany is more affected by the crisis than France, it's a more "solid" country because it doesn't have France's level of debt.
