Lots of talk today across the blogosphere reflecting the confusion and outright frustration surrounding "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," the law that prohibited gays or lesbians from openly serving in the U.S military and which may, or may not, be over.
One particularly lively thread comes from Dan Savage's Slog blog.
Titled 'DADT Appears to be Dead,' the thread covers everything from the alleged opportunism of Dan Choi, the West Point graduate and Iraq War veteran who appears to be on his way to becoming the first gay person to be accepted into the military, to the power of Judge Virginia Phillips, who concluded in her historic ruling that DADT is unconstitutional, to what happens next... which is pretty much anyone's guess.
