Consensus: Decorated Soldier Didn't Lie About PTSD?

Discussion online seems to be in virtually unanimous favor of former Staff Sgt Francisco Carillo, whose claim continues to be denied by the Army even though he has been diagnosed by multiple doctors with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and even supported by his former platoon leader and other military brass.
