Casey Fickardt Carillo is the wife of Francisco Carillo, the former Army Staff Sgt who served 19 years, including a combat tour in Iraq, but whose claim of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which was confirmed by eight different doctors, was rejected. The Army felt he was lying about his PTSD despite all the doctors saying he wasn't and despite support from his fellow troops and even platoon leaders.
