Exclusive: Vet's Letter to Army Hospital That Denied His PTSD Claim

Below is an excerpt of a letter sent by former National Guard Staff Sgt Francisco Carillo to Madigan Army Medical Center after hospital officials concluded he was lying about his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after serving in Iraq. This letter was supplied by Carillo to Homepost. In it, Carillo writes:
