With so much conflicting news coming out of Libya, it's hard to know who to believe and what their agendas might be when they talk to the media. That said, the Voice of America conducted an interview today with Ibrahim Abdulaziz Sahad, a former military officer in Libya's army and the leader of 30-year-old opposition movement against Moammar Gadhafi.
VOA reporter Cecily Hilleary asked Sahad about reports that members of the Libyan military are slowly siding with the protesters. Sahad hesitantly confirmed those reports:
Home Post reported earlier this week about the two high-ranking Libyan pilots who defected to Malta rather than bomb their own people.
