President Barack Obama today attempted to clarify exactly what role the United States will take in any future attacks against Libya. In a speech delivered from Chile, Obama told reporters he's confident other countries will take the lead in future military action involving Libya, while the United States steps back to a lesser role. Yet the Los Angeles Times reports Obama did clarify that the U.S. supports regime change in Libya. According to the L.A. Times, the president said:
