Two pilots lost their lives today when their F/18 Hornet crashed, according to the Los Angeles Times. The victims have not yet been identified. The L.A. Times reports:
The Associated Press reports that the Navy F/18 jet crashed near Naval Air Station Lemoore in Central California at 12:18 this afternoon. According to the A.P. the F/18 Hornets are the jets used by the Navy's Blue Angels and for combat missions:
