Female servicemembers who've been raped or the victim of incest would be able to get an abortion at a military hospital under new legislation, according to the Air Force Times. The bill by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Rep. Louise Slaughter would also apply to troops whose pregnancies are endangering their lives. In a news release, Slaughter said:
