The big day is almost here! Tomorrow the USS Carl Vinson will host the Carrier Classic on its flight deck in a historic basketball game between the Michigan State Spartans and the University of North Carolina Tar Heels.
The stands will hold roughly 7,000 spectators, with most of the audience being members of the military. According to the USS Carl Vinson's Facebook page, more than 2000 tickets were distributed to the the Navy, with 800 of those tickets going to USS Vinson Sailors:
