Hurricane Isaac is expected to hit New Orleans tomorrow - seven years to the day Katrina devastated the Crescent City. Governors in Louisiana and Mississippi have called up the National Guard in those states in anticipation of the storm. According to the National Guard website, more than 33,500 Guard members will be made available to states affected by Isaac - like Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
