Senior Military Leaders Need More Ethics Training
After a sex scandal toppled CIA director and former Army Gen. David Petraeus and other ethical lapses claimed the careers of other senior military leaders, a review of ethical standards was ordered.
More needs to be done.
Stars and Stripes is reporting that Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Martin Dempsey – the nation’s highest-ranking officer -- believes senior leaders are getting good training, just not enough of it.
And as a result of the review, the lifestyles of the generals and flag officers might come under scrutiny.
