Supreme Court Weighs Online File-Sharing Case

The Supreme Court hears arguments on whether companies can be barred from selling file-sharing software that can be used to illegally download movies and music. Grokster and Streamcast argue they should not be held liable for copyright infringement because they don't clear consumer requests or files.
