Bush Admits Problems in Iraq, Plans Troop Increase

In his speech from the White House on Wednesday night, President Bush laid out what he called a new plan for the U.S. mission in Iraq. He said he's sending more than 20,000 additional U.S. troops — and more economic aid — to Iraq. The President admitted that U.S. efforts so far in Iraq have not worked.
